Adopts classic UFO die-cast aluminum housing with flameproof sealed construction, this explosion-proof LED high bay light gets full ATEX, IECEx & GB3836 certification, widely applied in chemical workshop, oil depot, coal mine, hazardous warehouse and gas station high bay illumination.
Structural & Mounting Design
- This Explosion-proof LED High Bay Lights supports two installation ways: suspension hanging mount & U-bracket wall fixed mount, adapt to 5m~15m high ceiling sites.
- Whole cast aluminum fin-type radiator realizes rapid heat dissipation to lower LED working temperature.
- High-strength impact-resistant tempered glass lens prevents dust, water and corrosive gas erosion inside lamp body.
Core Protection & Specification
- Standard grade Ex d IIC T6 explosion-proof + IP66 waterproof dustproof, works stably under damp, corrosive and severe temperature environment.
- Power options: 80W/100W/120W/150W/200W, luminous efficiency up to 120-130lm/W, PF＞0.95, wide voltage AC90-305V.
- Certified for Gas Zone1/2, Dust Zone21/22, compliant with international hazardous location safety standard.
