What is your typical lead time? +
Standard products: 7–15 days. Custom OEM orders: 20–35 days depending on tooling and certification requirements. We will provide a detailed timeline upon quotation.
Do you provide free samples? +
Sample units are available at a discounted rate with shipping covered by the buyer. Sample cost is deductible from your first bulk order.
What warranty do your products carry? +
All LONTU explosion-proof lights come with a 6-year limited warranty covering driver and LED module failure under normal operating conditions.
Can you handle ATEX/IECEx certification for my project? +
Yes. We have in-house expertise and partnered labs to manage ATEX, IECEx, CE, CCC, and other regional certifications as part of our OEM service package.
What are your payment terms? +
T/T 30% deposit + 70% before shipment is our standard term. L/C is accepted for qualified repeat buyers. PayPal is available for sample orders.
